After-School Activities for Children (3-8)

All our After-School Program Activities are open for enrollment to all children ages 3-8 students and non-students of TLT.
You may register your child in any of the following programs.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

In our language clubs children learn through play and fun creative activities. Each class is organized around a theme, introducing new vocabulary, basic sentence structure through games, stories, songs, crafts and more. Academic concepts such as alphabet, numbers, shapes and colors are also introduced each class.

Bienvenidos al club the espanol!! In this club children will learn Spanish through play and fun creative activities. Each class will be organized around a theme, introducing new vocabulary and basic sentence structure through games, stories, songs, crafts and more. This activity is led by an early childhood educator and native speaker from Ecuador

This activity emphasizes creativity and expression as students learn dance movements and skills. Our class is divided into four different sections. We start with warmup exercises to prepare the body, activate the muscles and promote flexibility. Then we engage in different games and obstacle courses designed to develop coordination and space awareness. The main section of our class is movement to music. Children will dance to different types of rhythms, tempo and music genres (e.g Latin-American, Ballroom dance and pop among others). All dance sequences for this age are adapted to the child’s listening and physical strength. We close with musical games to add to the social aspect of the class. This activity is led by a professional dancer, with many years of experience teaching young children.

Where can you learn about math, science, geography, nutrition and healthy habits? Our cooking classes incorporate all of these things, in addition to a chance for small hands to practice their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. In this class children will have the opportunity to learn the importance of each food group, try recipes from around the world and most of all be creative and have fun.

During each art workshop, children embark on a rich artistic and cultural experience where they will discover various media and techniques such as weaving, glass painting, decoupage, papier mâché, wood work, puppetry, jewelry, fabric painting, sculpting and so much more. Children will also be inspired by the work of famous artists such as Van Gogh, Matisse, Kandinsky and Mondrian among others. The voyage will guide children home with amazing pieces of art!

At TLT we’ll keep your child entertained while you take your most deserved break. Every second Friday evening from 4:30-9:00 pm at Lovćenska 38, your child can join us for an evening of fun while you are out. Pajama Rama Night offers enjoyable hands on activities such as arts and crafts, games, bedtime stories, film showing and more. What’s cool about it? We’ll put on your child’s pajamas and get him ready for bed before your pick up time. This activity is open for children 3-9 years of age.

This is a club designed to offer an ever fun and educational Saturday morning to children 4-9 years of age! Each club member will have the opportunity to explore exciting themes, think out of the box, engage in hands on and creative activities, prepare nutritious snacks and much more while having FUN with friends.
This is also a great opportunity for parents to take a well-deserved break knowing that their children are learning and having fun in a safe and enriching environment!
