Enrollment
The Learning Tree International Kindergarten welcomes applications at any time throughout the year. Although our student enrollment is highly stable, sometimes spaces become available, mostly due to international family relocation. When that occurs, we contact first those parents who have expressed interest in the school.
Enrollment procedures
1. To begin the application process, families should fill out our online application form click here or send us an email, inquiring our enrollment packet principal@tltkindergarten.com
2. The kindergarten principal will contact you to make an appointment for a meeting and visit of the kindergarten facilities.
3. Complete the enrollment packet.
4. Return both,
1. Enrollment form
2. Enrollment agreement
accompanied by the following documents:
1. One child’s photo
2. One copy of the child’s immunization card
3. One copy of the child’s birth certificate
4. One copy of the child’s photo/name page of the passport or Croatian OIB
5. One copy of the parents’ identification card or passport
6. Confirmation of payment for Annual (Re) Enrollment Fee
Payment procedures
* * Annual (Re) Enrollment Fee -For All New and Returning Students. Parents will pay an annual non-refundable and non-deductible fee upon (re) enrollment.
* Tuition Fees are paid in ten installments, in advance, due the 5th of each month for current month. Parents need to fulfill their financial obligations with the school even if the student is absent any part of the month.
* Families leaving the school need to clear their financial obligations before documents and records can be released.
